Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – Co-Managing Director (Geschäftsführer)

As CSO, you’ll build up our sales and business development efforts – leveraging the business development work done to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy and ramp up commercial traction.
From day one, you will engage directly with potential customers and partners – including through outbound and cold outreach. You will also help shape the positioning, messaging, and commercial roadmap of ROONIQ. This is not a classic sales leadership position for an established product with recurring revenues, but rather a pioneering role for someone with entrepreneurial drive and a strong interest in building a commercial organization from theground up.
You’ll play a hands-on role in driving revenue, refining our customer acquisition strategy, and building a high- performing sales organization from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial future of a SaaS business that has the potential to scale very fast, combined with a clear executive leadership role.
